300 g smoked eggplant puree
Fresh basil
100 g walnuts, chopped
200 g smoked salmon, finely chopped
100 g parmesan cheese, grated
Salt
Pepper
500 g pasta
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, eggplant puree, basil, walnuts, smoked salmon, parmesan, salt and pepper. In the meantime, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
